Italy

It is fairly common to know Italian cuisine by their most famous dishes like pizza, pasta and coffee.
Italian cuisine is rich in unique exquisite dishes made with vegetables, legumes, vegetables lesser extent, to enjoy some culinary attention, acquired in the Middle Ages, a new dimension thanks mainly to increased use of local flavor.

 It is widely used dishes made with spinach seta. The appear on some pasta, zucchini, artichokes,peppers (stuffed), tomatoes, chard (typical of the Piedmont), the fagioli (beans), the Cappon Lean that are roasted garlic with cooked vegetables, the minestrone, and so on.
On the other hand, Italian Food, also incudes a variety of meats, some prepared.
